01 / YOUR STARTING POINT

What does your everyday look like?

Example habits are loaded. Replace them with your own. Changes are not saved after you leave or refresh.

Editing your current habits. Your what-if values are separate.

A LITTLE CONTEXT GOES A LONG WAY

Better habits.
Honest expectations.

Healthy habits can support health and wellbeing. They cannot tell an app exactly how long you will live.

We show your inputs side by side and explain them using public health guidance. There is no combined score, biological age or “years gained” formula.

A what-if plan is a possibility, not a prediction. Choose changes that fit your abilities and circumstances.
Why don’t you add up extra years?

Studies often describe associations across groups. Those findings do not predict an individual’s lifespan, and the effects of overlapping habits cannot simply be added together.

Does walking more always mean living longer?

A 2025 review found associations between daily steps and health outcomes. Benefits are not a fixed number of years per step, and higher targets are not a requirement for everyone. Step counts also miss activities such as cycling and swimming. Read the research.

What do the numbers mean?

The comparison shows differences between your entered habits today and your hypothetical plan. Steps are daily averages, movement and strength are weekly, sleep is a nightly average. Drinking days show frequency only, not the amount consumed or your alcohol risk.

Who is this for?

This educational planner is for adults. It is not a diagnosis or personalized medical advice. Pregnancy, health conditions, disability, medicines and recovery can change what is appropriate. Adapt activities to your abilities and follow any care or fluid-restriction plan you have.
